After finishing the 2008-2009 season with a 28-6 record and the Red River Athletic Conference Champions, the Lady Lions have signed two student-athletes who won't have to travel far from home.
Brandie Sandy and Danyel Moses, both of Perry, Okla., have signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Lady Lions next season.

The Langston Lion's Softball Team is now starting in its second year as a program, and already making progress. After only winning one game last season, hopes for the program to continue wasn't looking too good.
First year interim coach Crystal Kelso said, "The rest of the athletic department has had phenomenal seasons for the past few years and we hope that soon we'll be able to join them in their success.
